I'm Veer, a portrait photographer based in Prince George, British Columbia, creating editorial and fine art-inspired imagery.
My passion for photography began in my teenage years, taking photos and spending hours editing them on the computer. Before photography became my main creative focus, I grew up sketching, painting, drawing, and training in calligraphy — all of which shaped the way I see light, detail, and composition.
My work is rooted in portraiture, but inspired by nature, night skies, mountains, long exposures, and the quiet atmosphere of the outdoors. I'm drawn to images that feel raw, refined, honest, and visually striking.
Every session starts with a real conversation about the shot before the camera comes out — concept, mood, references. I direct clearly and adjust in the moment, so the session feels less like posing for a stranger and more like working with someone who already knows what they're going for.
Available for portrait commissions, outdoor sessions, editorial concepts, branding, and select creative collaboration projects across British Columbia and Canada.
